Once you place your order, our team gets to work behind the scenes, carefully preparing your mystery BOXX. Processing usually takes 2–3 business days, after which your BOXX ships out and the real adventure begins.

During holidays, special launches, or big sales, it may take us a little longer—but don’t worry, every BOXX is worth the wait. You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your package is shipped.

At this time, GIFTBOXX ships only within the United States. We’re not offering international shipping just yet—but who knows what the future holds? Stay tuned, because our BOXXES may soon travel farther than you think.

All GIFTBOXX orders are shipped through USPS. To ensure your BOXX makes it safely to your doorstep or shipping destination, please double-check that the shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, so be sure everything is correct before checking out.

We want you to love your BOXX! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
